I believe if we are friends, you would've heard my story of how Santa Claus replied my letter? well yea. back then, naive 9 year old me stuck a letter to Santa Claus for fun on my room window and somehow or another, I got a reply written on the back of the paper. obviously everyone's reaction was like "?? maybe it's your mom?" and my reply would be "the handwriting is too cursive for it to be my mom's handwriting." with no logical explanation, I came to believe Santa Claus is real (not 100% of course, but enough to make me feel special). during one of the h2h talks I was having with my mom, she revealed that yes, technically it was written by Santa Claus but it's not THE Santa Claus. apparently, in the morning that day, my mom went for some donation event and got the Santa Claus cosplay to write it for me. when she was about to tell me the truth, I was kinda upset but when she finished the story, I was overwhelmed with so much feelings and cried. what I did during Christmas, was something insignificant and childish yet she took the extra effort just to let me have such a memorable memory. I am forever thankful and I love her so much. It's really the thoughts that count.
